Who will attend Medical World Americas?
Healthcare administrative professionals and clinicians, leaders and aspiring leaders, and individuals from the public, private and academic sectors. In addition, MWA will host several co-located events, including the 4th Annual Conference on Healthcare Leadership presented by ACHE-SouthEastTexasChapter (ACHE-SETC).

What are the main product categories?

Yes! TMC Student Poster Session, Texas Startup Pitch Event, Medical World Americas Job Fair, and so much more.

When can I purchase booth space?

How much does exhibit space cost?
Cost per square foot is $34.

When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is due upon accepted application. See contract for when full payment is due.

May I receive a letter of invitation for my visa?
Yes – MWA will issue a letter of invitation for exhibit staff during the staff registration process with the company contact.  We cannot accept requests from individual staff members. If you are not granted a visa, we will refund your money – minus a $50 administrative fee.
